Is there really no cost?

Yes. Every workshop is free, for every organisation. This is a non-commercial project run by a student, and there is no upsell, paid tier, or follow-on service being pitched at the end of a session.

Who are these workshops for?

Schools, libraries, nonprofits, senior centres, faith and cultural groups, families, and community organisations. Sessions are adapted for children, teens, adults, seniors, mixed groups, and technical beginners, so no prior knowledge is assumed.

Can you run the session online?

Yes. Workshops run in person, online, or as a hybrid session. In-person sessions work best for younger groups and seniors, where discussion and hands-on activities carry most of the value.

How long does a workshop take?

Most run 60 to 90 minutes, and longer 120-minute sessions are available for staff or volunteer training. The length is agreed in advance and the content is shaped to fit it, rather than a fixed talk being squeezed in.

How large can the group be?

Anything from a small class to a full hall. Smaller groups allow more discussion and questions; larger groups lean more on scenarios and demonstrations. Let me know the expected size and the format adapts.

Is any participant data collected?

No. No passwords, accounts, private messages, or personal data are collected, requested, or stored at any point during a workshop. Activities are designed so nobody has to reveal anything about their own accounts.

Do you teach people how to hack?

No. Sessions are defensive education only. Demonstrations show how attackers think so that participants can recognise the pattern, but no harmful exploitation steps or offensive techniques are taught.

What do we need to provide?

A room and a screen or projector is usually enough, and a microphone for larger groups. If a venue cannot provide a display the session can be run discussion-first instead. Accessibility needs are worth flagging when you book so materials can be prepared accordingly.

How far in advance should we book?

Two to three weeks is comfortable. Shorter notice is often workable — ask even if your date is close.

What language are workshops delivered in?

Workshops are delivered in English, with plain language throughout and technical terms explained as they come up. Slides and handouts can be shared in advance if that helps participants follow along.
